Special investment on a social level; Industria recently became a CSR covenant partner

By signing the CSR agreement, Industria contributes to a healthy and social labor market in Westland. “The employees are important for our production capacity. With a higher capacity we can make further steps in our public lighting industry,” Ferry (managing director) explains. This partnership is a special investment on a social level and is a collaboration with Patijnenburg.

Patijnenburg has been guiding motivated people who are at a distance from the labor market into work for more than 65 years. Esther Janssen (Reintegration & Employer Services and Staff at Patijnenburg) indicates “These people have a motivation of up to 200%”. This is one of the reasons why Industria has registered as a CSR Agreement partner. “It's a pleasure to work with these people. They are very proud of their work and we are happy to offer them this opportunity,” says Ferry.
